Thank you for purchasing a software license from Legal Age Security Software, Inc., which includes our QOS program. We know you'll be happy with your purchase; however, you’ll find the benefits of our QoS program listed below.
Damage to hardware
We know accidents happen. That's why we provide an EXTENDED WARRANTY on all hardware products that we sell. On top of a manufacturer’s defect warranty, we'll replace your damaged hardware - no questions asked! Should anyone (and we mean anyone) spill a drink on it, melt a chocolate bar on it, or drop it on the floor, contact us and we'll replace your unit.

Technical Support
For the life of your software, should you or any of your employees need assistance with your software or hardware unit, just call our 1-800 number and we will have an assistant walk you through the problem. This includes learning how to run reports, setting up of the unit, or just every day use.
Software Changes
If for any reason we (LASS, Inc.) should change the way our software functions, or should for any reason your state change the way our software is required to read a driver's license/ID card, you will be provided with a new working version of the software immediately.
